Sachtleben environmental analysis: For clean air and clear water

Accepting responsibility also means making environmental safety a central element in corporate strategy. With our innovative environmental technology - underpinned by the activities of our analytical experts - we are a dependable and reliable partner on ecological criteria, too.

We perform regular pollution and emission measurements to ensure active environmental protection on the spot. The responsibilities of Sachtleben's environmental analysis team also include regular measuremens of hazardous sustances, to ensure that workers are protected against avoidable hazards at their workplace. And it goes without saying that we also analyze the waste-water from our production operations. These tests and analyses assist in conserving resources, protecting the environment and reducing the burden on treatment plants.

Get the benefit of our experience in keeping the environment clean! To protect your workforce, we perform complete measurements of hazardous sustances on the spot and, naturally, also analyze the pollution levels in your waste-water.

We can provide the following analytical methods for clean air and clear water:

Pollution measurements:

  • VDI 2119, "Particulate precipitation"
  • Emissions measurements in accordance with the applicable codes of practice
  • Sulfur dioxide, sulfur trioxide, fluorine, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen sulfide, oxides of nitrogen (NOx), particulates, volumetric flows, temperature, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, oxygen
  • Measurement of hazardous sustances

Waste-water analyses

  • In accordance with Article 4, Para. 5 of the Waste-Water Release Act.
  • In addition to a large range of variables, such as pH, conductivity, measurement of anion and cation contents, our broad range of analytical services also includes summation parameters such as chemical oxygen demand (COD) and measurement of all organic components (TOC).
  • In accordance with Article 60 LWG and Article 120 LWG.
